Clip-Rail

Clip-Rail Underfloor Heating System

Clip-Rail underfloor heating which is laid within a screed offers fast installation and provides multiple fixings across the floor space. Clip rail is supplied in one-meter lengths with barbed staples attached and interlocking fixings so you can join multiple clip rails together. The pipe can be spaced as little as 50mm apart with 16-20mm pipe accepted within the clips.

We can provide staples along with this system for bends and any areas that aren’t suitable for clip-rails.

It is best practice to lay a minimum 500 gauge polythene sheet over the insulation prior to laying the pipe down. The polythene sheet should be overlapped by a minimum 80mm and taped at each joint.

Clip-Rail is also available with self-adhesive backing. They also come in 1-meter lengths.
