Suspended Systems

Suspended Systems

Suspended systems are used with a joist or batten floor and have a variety of applications depending on the scenario. Using either an aluminium heat emission plate or a foil-coated insulation board suspended between the joists, these systems offer an efficient solution to dry floor constructions and have an effective application to both new and existing properties.

As suspended systems sit within the joists or replacing the chipboard, they do not raise the current floor level. However, suspended systems cause more disruption to your property, although in the right scenario they are cost effective and highly efficient.

Chip-Deck
System

Hydro Chip-Deck system is made up from 22mm chipboard laid onto 400mm or 600mm spaced joists. The pipe channels have a 100mm 50 micron aluminium conductor to….

Heat-Plates
System

HydroHeat Plates are laid between the joists which are pre-formed to accommodate the underfloor heating pipework. Typically, these will lay into a pre-grooved insulation board supported by battens between….
